A QHSE Manager and 6 QHSE coordinators, present on our sites, conduct regular visits alongside management and leadership. Beyond inspections, we are committed to continuously engaging and raising awareness among our employees through training and monthly safety talks organized on-site. The safety of our staff, subcontractors, and all stakeholders is our absolute priority: we mitigate risks, train our teams, and foster a culture where everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of their colleagues.

Sireos operates in France, Italy, Ireland, and Finland, where local teams work directly with regional stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, etc.). Each local office benefits from a shared foundation of methods and QHSE standards proven at the group level.
