Our commitments in practice
A QHSE approach designed for the field
A safety culture on every site
Dedicated training
Beyond mandatory training (SST, AIPR, CACES, etc.), Sireos conducts specific initiatives with the OPPBTP and occupational health services to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Employees are also trained on the environmental impact of our construction sites and road safety risks.

A team dedicated to quality and safety
A QHSE Manager and 4 QHSE coordinators, present on our sites, conduct regular visits alongside management and leadership.
The safety of our staff, subcontractors, and all stakeholders is our absolute priority: we mitigate risks, train our teams, and foster a culture where everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of their colleagues.

Construction sites that respect biodiversity
Biodiversity is taken into account from the very beginning of project design, based on the specific characteristics and ecological challenges of each site.
Our goal is to integrate these issues into our site selection and construction methods, prioritizing the avoidance of impacts whenever possible, followed by their reduction. This commitment continues beyond the construction phase and throughout the operation of our power plants. Several concrete measures reflect this approach.

Building without compromising biodiversity
Sireos supports key players in the energy transition
Sireos is committed to supporting organizations working toward a fairer energy transition that is accessible to everyone through our philanthropic initiatives.
The company notably supports Énergie Solidaire, an association dedicated to fighting energy poverty in the housing sector through awareness campaigns and the funding of renovation projects. Sireos also contributes to the work of Synergies Renouvelables, an endowment fund for renewable energy companies that finances solidarity projects promoting access to sustainable energy through various NGOs.
