Hybrid power plants
Why choose Sireos expertise

Contractual and technical flexibility
Contractually, Sireos can act as a turnkey EPC contractor, provide Balance of Plant (BoP) services, or focus solely on the electrical package. Technically, our scope can cover photovoltaics alone, storage alone, or a hybrid asset with an EMS. This dual capability allows Sireos to precisely tailor its involvement to the organization and specific challenges of each project.

Optimized PV + BESS sizing from the design stage
Sireos optimizes the sizing of hybrid assets from the design phase, balancing AC/DC architecture, photovoltaic power, and storage capacity. These choices are analyzed based on their impact on charging efficiency, equipment sizing, and grid connection costs, in order to find the best balance between technical performance and asset profitability.

A footprint that grows, project by project
At SIREOS, we contribute to the energy transition by developing, building, and maintaining large-scale photovoltaic power plants.

Technological independence from suppliers
Sireos designs its projects independently of cell and storage system manufacturers. This independence allows us to advise our clients on the solution best suited to their project and to work with numerous suppliers, including Huawei, Sungrow, Nidec, Envision, and EVE. Sireos can also step in when a client already has a preferred battery supplier.

Mastering the constraints and interfaces of hybrid power plants
From the earliest stages, our design incorporates the specific constraints of storage systems: ICPE regulations, charging power, layout optimization, ventilation, firewater retention, and emergency service access. Sireos also manages the critical interfaces between the various components of the plant (PV, batteries, EMS, inverters, and the grid) to ensure technical consistency and the smooth operation of the entire system.
